If you need to return your trolley to us for any reason, it is essential that you contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). We cannot accept any goods without this prior authorisation.
We can also arrange for your trolley to be picked up from your home or any other convenient address if you wish.
When contacting our Service Department, it would be helpful if you could have the following information to hand:
- Your original Invoice/Delivery note number
- Your name and address
- A contact phone number.
