Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, these items can be removed later if you wish.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If preferred you can also print the order form and send it to us by fax or post or telephone us on 0844 745 1980 and place your order over the phone.

We accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept cheques with orders via the post. (Please make cheques payable to "Cool Trading Ltd") The safest way to pay is online or by phone, however you may also send your credit card information via fax, e-mail, or post.

Shipping And Handling

POWER PRO GOLF offer NEXTDAY DELIVERY as standard on all orders in Mainland UK (Excludes some areas of Highlands).
Competitive rates are provided for deliveries to UK Islands / Channel Islands / Europe. The easiest way to check the delivery cost is to put the items you require into the shopping basket. When you go to checkout, the delivery charge will be clearly displayed. 

Delivery Timing

Smaller items are usually sent the same day by Royal Mail First Class post for orders received by 2.00pm.

Deliveries of larger items are normally made by carrier from Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Should you require Guaranteed NEXTDAY AM delivery or SATURDAY AM delivery, this is available at a premium - please see the online payment options.

Orders placed before mid-day are usually dispatched the same day wherever possible.

Deliveries are usually dispatched on the day after ordering on a NEXTDAY carrier. If you have not received delivery within 5 working days from placing your order, please call us on 0844 745 1980 and we will track your delivery.

In the event that we have insufficient stock to fulfill an order, any refund due shall be provided promptly, and in any event not later than 21 days from the date on which the shortfall became apparent. Power Pro Golf shall not be obliged to offer any form of compensation for disappointment or inconvenience suffered.

Accepting Delivery

All goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition. All carrier deliveries need to be signed for - please check goods while the driver is present and ensure that delivery is complete and undamaged.

In the event that a delivery is short or damaged, please write the details on the driver's paperwork and call us immediately on 0844 745 1980.

If no-one is available to accept the parcel at the stated delivery address, the parcel may be redirected to a different address. This is only possible after the first delivery attempt when a card has been received.

What if I'm out when the couriers deliver my goods?

If there is no-one available to sign, they will leave a card stating that they have attempted delivery. If you call the number on the card, they will arrange re-delivery on another day convenient to you; the depot opening times are printed on the card should you prefer to collect your goods.

After the 1st delivery attempt, the parcel will be held for 5 working days or until contact is made by the customer or ourselves on your behalf. Any parcels not delivered or collected within 5 days of the 1st attempted delivery will automatically be returned to Power Pro Golf, please do not delay making contact with ourselves or the courier's local depot to arrange re-delivery. A charge of £10 will have to be applied to any order returned to us and subsequently re-sent for delivery.

For reasons of security, our couriers require that the parcel be signed for at your address or by a next-door neighbour. Alternatively, we will be happy to accept a work delivery address where someone would be available to sign for delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee - Price Promise - All of the products offered from Power Pro Golf are excellent value for money, and we believe that our prices are the lowest you will find either on the internet, or in retail outlets. If you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing the following conditions are met.

1. The two items must be identical (including warranty & service/backup offered)
2. The price must include VAT and other charges e.g. delivery.
3. The item must be brand new and not ex-display, end of line or returned stock.
4. The item must be the standard price and not in a sale or on special offer.
5. You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves, e.g. website address.
6. The alternative item must currently be available.
7. The price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.

Products purchased by customers outside the UK are covered by a 'Parts Only' Warranty. We will supply any necessary part free-of-charge (including shipping/carriage costs) during the Warranty period. If the customer does not wish to receive or fit replacement parts, the customer must return the trolley to us, at their cost. We will then either repair or replace the trolley (at our discretion) and return it to the customer, at our cost.

Warranty Information

All products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty against defective materials unless otherwise stated. Further / Extended warranties are provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Warranty cards (where supplied) must be returned for the warranty to remain valid and proof of purchase will be requested. The Warranty period runs from the date of the original purchase, not from the date any replacement goods may be supplied.

Battery Warranty

If your battery develops a fault during the Warranty period, please call us.
All Warranty issues are normally handled by the battery manufacturer. It is therefore essential that you have filled in and returned any warranty card enclosed with the battery.
As possible battery faults can have a variety of causes (eg overdischarging, faulty charger, incorrect charging/misuse) we require that you return the battery to us for testing. If the fault is found to be a manufacturing/materials fault the battery will be exchanged at no cost to you and your cost of returning the battery (up to a maximum of £10) will also be refunded.
If the fault is due to misuse/faulty charging etc., we may charge you for the cost of returning the battery to you. We will not charge you for the cost of the test.

Purchase of a battery from us implies agreement with the above procedure. This does not infringe your Statutory Rights.

Returns Policy We want you to be completely delighted with any Power Pro Golf product and offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Any product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charge), provided it is in the same condition as when it was delivered and is packed in, or accompanied by, the original packaging.
